3.3.4: Sexual and reproductive health care services for students
Al-Ayen Iraqi University has made significant strides in promoting sexual and reproductive health care services for its students, demonstrating a comprehensive commitment to health education and awareness.
1. Al- Ayen University’s Continuing Education Department recently organized a workshop titled "Family Planning and Reproductive Health Standards" in collaboration with the Women's Empowerment Unit. Authorized by the University President, this initiative aimed to educate participants on essential family planning and reproductive health practices. By empowering students and the community, the university demonstrated its commitment to promoting health, gender equality, and educational excellence. This workshop aligns with SDG 3 by supporting healthier lives, SDG 5: Gender Equality,by empowering women in health decision-making, and SDG 4,by enhancing awareness and knowledge on vital health standards.
