International for Oral and Dental Health Day
The College of Dentistry holds a number of activities on the occasion of the International Oral and Dental Health Day. On Monday, March 20,2023, the College held some activities included scientific posters, artistic painting, and flowers exhibition, besides providing free consultations for the students, teachers and citizens at the Dental Teaching Hospital
The events were inaugurated by the President of Al-Ayen University Prof. Dr. Shafeek Sh. Al-Mowla, the Dean of the College Asst. Prof. Dr. Ihsan A. Al-Khuzaee, and the Deputy Dean Prof. Dr. Naseer A. Hussein and a number of teachers and students.

Based on the principle of Al-Ayen University to provide health support to the students of special education in Dhi Qar, Dr. Abeer Abduljaleel the Head of Woman Empowerment Unit accompanied by a team of optometrists from the College of Health and Medical Technologies supervised by Dr. Haide M. Jasim visited Al-Adnania School for special education to conduct eye exam for the students with autism spectrum.
