The Student Activities Dep. won the first position in the University Festival for Short Film among the public and private Iraqi Universities, which was held by the Students Activities Dep. Authority of Supervision and Evaluation- in MHESR.
The Festival was held under the motto " with the University Students, the Nations upgrade" for the duration March 13-17,2022. and participated by the Universities of Ahlul-Bait, Diyala, Warith Al-Anbiyaa, Al-Kafeel, and Al-Zahraa for girls and the Universities Colleges of Al-Israa, Al-Mustaqbal and Al-Maarif.
“We are very proud of achieving this position, by taking the lead among all competitors of private and public universities and colleges.” Dr. Hussein, the Director of the Department said. He stressed “these results were achieved due to the great interest and dedication of the university in supporting and encouraging students to show and develop their talents".
He added "we as part of our internal activities have completed the preparation to enter the competition of the Ministerial Festival for short film and we have achieved this position, we wish our students further success and creativity and good luck for all competitors"
He further declared " the participant student Zainab Raed from College of Health and Medical Technologies- Department of Radiology and Ultrasound is very talented, creative and motivated. She presented her idea and convinced the Festival Jury and won this position.
