On Sunday, November 3, 2024, the Administrative Deputy of the College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Dr. Asaad S. Hamid held a meeting with the administrative staff at the college and heads of units and departments, where he discussed several important topics related to the workflow and development of administrative performance in the college.
Dr. Asaad touched on the importance of completing the files of departments and units, stressing the need to update data and information continuously to ensure efficient workflow.
Later, the importance of fully preparing laboratory files was addressed in accordance with the quality assurance plan approved by the college. He stressed the need to complete the inventory of laboratories and update the lists of available equipment, devices, and supplies while documenting their condition and readiness for use. He also stressed the importance of documenting maintenance and calibration operations periodically to ensure that all devices meet the required quality standards, which contributes to enhancing work efficiency in laboratories and providing a distinguished and safe educational environment for students.
The meeting also included a discussion about the upcoming exams, where Dr. Asaad stressed the importance of good preparation and readiness for them from all departments to ensure that the exams proceed smoothly and achieve the highest levels of performance.
