On Saturday, May 4, 2024, the Continuing Education Center at Al-Ayen Iraqi University held a course on self-skills development to qualify and develop university leaders, in which the Asst. Prof. Dr. Jalal S. Jabr lectured. Within the government program for developing and qualifying university leaders in its fifth axis.
This course included the basics of self-development, such as improving translation, thinking, creative thinking, communication, verbal communication, stress management, presentation, writing memos, and public relations.
It aims to stimulate the personal and professional success of university leaders by developing their skills, enhancing their leadership and innovative capabilities that will help them achieve goals in an effective and sustainable manner.
