Historically: April 9, 2007, was the seventeenth anniversary of the implantation of the first permanent electronic heartbeat in the city of Nasiriyah Al-Fayha, where the medical team consisting of Prof. Dr. Ammar Talib Al-Hamdi, Prof. Dr. Adnan Taan Al-Khafaji, Prof. Dr. Abbas Fadel, the late Fadel Traumatology Hall employee, Medical Assistant Atheer, and Medical Assistant Nawras implanted permanent heartbeats for two patients whose operations were completely successful. These operations were carried out by a fluoroscopic device in the Traumatology Hall at Nasiriyah Hospital, Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital. On this occasion, we extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the esteemed Prof. Dr. Ammar Talib Al-Hamdi, citizen of the city of Nasiriyah, Suq Al-Shuyukh, righteous Iraq, and the founder of Cardiac Electricity in Iraq. We extend our greetings and appreciation to him and pray Almighty God to prolong his life and to have mercy on our brother Fadel with his vast mercy.
