The final attendance exams continued with restricted precautions of prevention and health, and under the direct supervision of the Chancellor of the University Prof Dr. Shafik S Shafik and the members of the examination committee. The exams hall were inspected by the Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs Asst. Prof Dr. Haider A Marhoon, the Head of Scientific Affairs Department Dr. Ali B Roomi and  member of central exams committee Asst. Lecturer Muataz S Hasan

The prevention procedures included sterilizing and fumigating for the studying halls, testing the temperatures of the students at the their entrance, social distancing and providing face-masks and sanitizers in accordance to the instructions of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the resolution of the Supreme committee of National Health and safety
